“Hi Ella, I just wanted to send some feedback on Giles today. He was definitely the best chef we’ve had! The food was incredible, absolutely delicious. He was flexible, friendly and helpful. He’s had a lot of experience cooking food for some very famous people, but when he came into our little kitchen to cook for our internal unglamorous staff meeting he wasn’t at all fazed or dismissive of our set-up. It was a pleasure to have him here cooking for us, and should our chef Sally be away then I know we’ll want to ask for Giles first!”
