The idea for ‘A Bit Of A Mouthful’ for Giles when he began cooking and travelling on the road for bands such as U2, Bon Jovi & Kylie Minogue during early 2000.

Giles Broe, the founder of the Music Tour Catering company, (A Bit Of A Mouthful Ltd) has worked for many Artists since 1996, offering his own brand of Tour & Back Stage Hospitality. Giles spent many years as a personal chef, working with Artists and Individuals on their Diet Planning, Nutritional Advice, and Offering Creative menus to inspire them to continue eating in their new healthy eating regime and maintaining their own well being way with the right kind of treaty snacks.
A Bit Of A Mouthful was founded by Giles Broe and his passions for the senses of the mouth in what we both eat and drink. After years of cooking for many diverse clients from actors to racing car drivers and singers to dancers, it got Giles thinking, that everyone is different and so, of course, are their food needs. For Giles it really came down to something very simple. Whether it’s working away on the road or for an occasion at home, when it comes to what You eat, only the best will do.
Giles has worked with artists such as Kylie Minogue, and first met and starting working for her on Kylie’s ‘Showboat’ UK tour back in 2001, and only recently finished touring with Miss Minogue, on “Aphrodite Les Follies” as her Personal Chef back in April 2011. Giles has also worked for many other Artists as their personal chef too, from Bon Jovi, Britney Spears and Beverley Knight to name but a few. A Bit Of A Mouthful has always been passionate about food and with this knowledge Nutrition and good healthy eating is also part of this passion. Through working with some of our clients we have worked and cooked for, I have advised clients on their diet plans, offered nutritional food advice, menu designs and planning.
