Giles Broe with the company, ‘A Bit Of A Mouthful Ltd’ and its arm of TV & Film Location Caterers, has also worked for many actors over the years on their TV & Film Locations around the UK & Europe. Giles personally worked on Gary Oldman’s film “Nil By Mouth”, starring Ray Winstone, Kathy Burke, and here in London.
Giles also worked as a personal chef on location, in Marrakech, Morocco to Hollywood actors such as Matthew MaConaughy & Penelope Cruz on the film ‘Sahara’, where he worked exclusively preparing foods and drinks during the shooting of the film. He sourced all the provisions for the location catering from the regional area, where we could, and then he had flown in special brands and “can’t live without” items like Marmite! Oreos! Heinz & Gatorade!! Our TV & Film Location Caterers also arranged for some items like a Harrods Hamper, and a Fortnum & Mason basket to be shipped over to an their location to help the artist recreate those home comforts in their Artist Trailer, ensuring the Artist felt at ease even in the bleakest of locations.
